ADULTS
Typically, your first visit includes the collection of your personal
contact information, medical and dental history, dental insurance
information if applicable, review of our privacy policy and an
examination and consultation with Dr. Adler. Your concerns and
questions will be reviewed and additional appointments scheduled
as necessary. Please let us know in advance whether there are
special circumstances that we should be aware of that may affect the
success of your visit. It can also be helpful if previous dental
records are made available, and we can assist in their collection,
if you wish. Often our patients request dental hygiene care at this
first appointment, and usually we are able to accommodate this if
requested in advance. Check-up or "recall" visits are typically
scheduled with our hygienist and are followed by an examination by
Dr. Adler. The interval between check-ups varies by patient need,
preference and dental history.
